Auto-setup automatic reply when you are out of office.

 

I always book my calendar when I am on leave or holiday. But, I forget to set up automatic reply

Outlook Pro Tip:

Microsoft flow can setup your automatic reply automatically.

STEP 1: Open Microsoft flow, and click New > Automated-from blank. Click "When an upcoming event is starting soon". Enter Look-Ahead time.


STEP 2: Click New Step and select Condition. Choose a value as Show as and select is equal to. Enter value according to list:

 Status Value
 Free0
 Tentative1
 Busy2
 Out of Office3


STEP 3: In If Yes tab, click Add an action and select Set up automatic reply. Enter your message in Internal Reply Message and External Reply Message box. Save your template.
